the triple room with a screened window had basic facilities you need. the location of this extremely convenient and well-maintained hotel was fantastic, to all places.

This place offers spacious rooms with convenient amenities like an electric kettle and fridge, comfortable beds for a good night's sleep, and a fantastic location with helpful staff readily available to assist with taxi bookings.

The hotel was well-run and great and in a central location really close to taxi, the main train station and a tram stop and Mazda Zoom-Zoom Stadium. Stayed in decent sized twin room with many amenities, the double bed and space is a premium.

It had excellent and unbeatable location minute walk from Eki City Hiroshima. The staff was very very helpful and really helpful - we would happily go back again...

The rooms here are well-organized and a good size. 🛏️ Plus, the location is super convenient with easy access to multiple tram lines. You can easily pop over to shops, Hiroshima Eki, and even the cable car station from here.

Really enjoyed magnificent location close enough to downtown, cafes and the surrounding food places, fine hotel in the secure area. Ate at Mitchan Sohonten Ekie, it's around 10-15 minutes walk from the venue.

The location was great, just a short walk from the main train station. The staff was friendly and helpful, allowing us to leave our bags before check-in so we could explore the city. The room was clean and had some nice amenities like free supplies of coffee, tea, and bath products.

The bathroom was cramped and the bathtub was practically unusable. It would have been helpful if the staff had better English language skills, as communication was a bit difficult at times.

I recently stayed at Sotetsu Fresa in Hiroshima for 3 days during Golden Week. The location is incredibly convenient, just a few minutes' walk from the train station. The self-check-in option was smooth and easy to use. The shared laundry room on the 3rd floor was a great addition, complete with clear instructions and vending machines. I loved the color-coded signs outside the room, indicating our housekeeping preferences. The room itself was clean, comfortable, and had all the necessary amenities. it was a comfortable and relaxing stay, perfect for sightseeing.

Can't recommend highly enough this hotel.
