Great breakfast and very helpful staff Central, yet quiet location Friendly front desk staff and luggage service Nicely renovated/decorated Comfy beds
Room was entered after we arrived to prepare the bed for the night (or so it seemed); no note regarding that, so it was a bit strange to find our room had been visited. We had to leave our room by 11am- we were at breakfast until 10:20, only to find that cleaning staff had already started cleaning our room (left it again), had removed our towels and had semi-cleaned the bathroom, meaning the bin was standing on the sink etc.

Spotlessly clean place and ATTENTIVE staff, appreciated perfect and exceptionally nice location. Standard queen room I stayed at was well decorated for reading etc. Food was savoury and I have nothing but really enjoyable memories from this trip.

The staff was excellent and very friendly. The breakfast in the morning was the best breakfast we had in our whole 2 week Europe trip.
It is very close to the train station, which is the reason why we stayed there, however is a good 20 minute walk to the Old Town.

The staff were very friendly. The hotel was appealingly decorated. The breakfast was good. There is an attractive garden, into which it is possible to take one's breakfast.
The location was convenient for us, as it is very close to the train station, but it isn't otherwise a particularly attractive part of town.

Room was spotless and beautifully themed and decorated. Delicious and varied buffet breakfast in lovely surroundings. Helpful staff. Within walking distance of the old town and shopping centre (approx. 20 - 25 minutes) and round the corner from the main railway station.

The staff were extremely accommodating and generous with their time. The breakfast was delicious, with the kitchen staff just lovely despite the language barrier.
The lack of functional air conditioners was a problem with such hot weather and occupying a room on the top floor as it was extremely difficult to sleep and was very stuffy. The hotel was too far away from the main strip of the city.
