Ladakhis, or Ladakspa (ལ་དྭགས་པ།) are a Tibetic ethnic group living in India, China and Pakistan. They speak Ladakhi, which is a Ladakhi-Balti language of the Sino-Tibetan language family. They primarily live in the Ladakh region of India, Tibet in China and Baltistan in Pakistan. Most Ladakhis follow Tibetan Buddhism with many also following Shia Islam.[5][6]
