The front desk staff was super welcoming and accommodating, always smiling and asking how they could help. They even offered complimentary breakfast and a lounge with generous food and drink options. The location was also perfect, with easy access to restaurants and shops within walking distance. Plus, the rooms were spacious and clean.
The lack of an elevator was inconvenient, especially when carrying luggage. Also, there were some issues with my reservation not showing up in the system, which caused some stress and wasted time.

Secondly, the staff were fantastic. They were friendly, helpful, and made me feel welcome throughout my stay. Lastly, the basic amenities provided were more than satisfactory. Great location near major highways and easy to find. The rooms were spacious and clean, with ample storage for our belongings. The beds were super comfortable and made for a good night's sleep. Additionally, the hotel had a small gym and a pool that provided a nice escape from the busy city.
The breakfast at the hotel restaurant was a bit of a mixed bag. The first day, the food was cold by the time we sat down, but fortunately, it improved on the second day.
