Everything was simply great. The hotel was upscale and clean inside, I thoroughly enjoyed it. The room was reasonably spacious and with towels or coffee and a nice view, as for instance.

Truly enjoyed the room with 2 queen beds 2 weeks prior, my bed was exceptionally comfortable. The location was great and unbeatable there, right next to the airport- restaurant. Moreover, it's close enough to airport and Billy Graham Library.

The rooms at this hotel were clean and the beds were very comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The staff at the hotel were friendly and helpful, providing excellent service throughout our stay. The lobby of the hotel was beautifully decorated and provided plenty of seating areas to relax or have business meetings. We also enjoyed the convenience of having a Starbucks coffee in the room and a fridge to store our drinks and snacks. The shuttle service was prompt and convenient for getting around the area.

The internet at the hotel was a bit sketchy, which was a minor inconvenience. However, this may not be the fault of the hotel.

The location of the Sheraton Charlotte Airport is fantastic, right by restaurants, shopping malls, and the airport with shuttle service. the hotel is conveniently located in front of the TSA pre-check area. - the rooms are cozy with clean bathrooms and comfortable, quiet beds.
