George Boole (/ˈbuːl/; 2 November 1815 – 8 December 1864) wis an Inglis mathematician, eddicator, filosofer an logician. He wirked in the fields o differential equations an algebraic logic, an is best kent as the author o The Laws of Thought (1854) which conteens Boolean algebra. Boolean logic is creditit wi laying the foondations for the information age.[3]
