Wonderful brand-new hotel with stylish rooms. Large rooms with toiletries, glorious views, and coffee. Magnificent setting. Amazingly nice and accommodating personnel from the cleaners to the receptionists.

Nice building and rooms with deep bath in bathroom. Location just next door to the communal areas-reception / restaurant and the town centre and waterfront.
Beds were very uncomfortable.

The beds were comfortable, and the air conditioning was a nice addition. I enjoyed the complimentary and savory breakfast with a wide variety of food options. The location was excellent and unbeatable, just a few minutes away from the lake and shopping area as well as close to Aj Hackett Bungy. The staff at the hotel were top-class and very helpful.

The great and stunning location was a short walk from Arrow River. The hotel is in a downtown area, close to the city center and public transport. The staff was super friendly and excellent.

The hotel was fabulous, the room was huge and newly remodeled, had essentials for a fantastic stay. We ate at an amazing restaurant for dinner. Also, location was marvelous and beautiful, just a short stroll away from Skyline Gondola and Luge. The service was excellent with a friendly check-in. We enjoyed staying 3 nights here.

Recently renovated room with a sleek modern design. The view of the lake from here is simply breathtaking! You'll find a nice separate shower and a bathtub in the bathroom for added comfort 🛁.

Recently renovated with an excellent sized room. Very clean room. Marvelous and stunning location with the ability to walk to Arrow River. Enjoyed the downtown area near the town center. A hill from the town and close to restaurants. On-site à la carte restaurant for dinner.
