This spot is clean and modern, with well-trained staff providing excellent service in all areas. the staff members are all friendly and helpful 🌟.

we like the warm and welcoming atmosphere among the staff, that make the customer feel home from the first entring. The hotel is new and the so is the staff, but the staff is eager to do the best for the guests. The location is very good, its easy to walk around in the city and explore the area. We thank you for the stay and will certainly come back again.

Thought the staff were fabulous, gracious and really helpful? Apparently, it is just a new hotel, 2nd and 3rd floors were still being worked on therefore closed off to the public. I kept thinking that there appeared to be a large amount of staff working there. Shuttle service to and from the airport went without a hitch!

There were still mosquitoes present in my room even after they fogged the windows to rid the place of them since reception rang me early evening to ask if I could go out so that pest control could carry out this procedure which I did! Also, the air-conditioning units are quite noisy? It would have been great if the bedrooms and bathroom had abit more space!

No proper pool.

the hotel upgraded us to a suite which was lovely. It was quiet and central.

the pool was really too small to swim in and there was little sunbathing space.

Possibly the best and perfectly pleasant stay for 3 nights. Attentive staff, family-friendly and brand-new rooms with a huge bed. - Handy and decent location in a very nice area, really close to shops, massage places, restaurants, and Kuta Beach. - In-house restaurant with appetising cuisine.

This place is conveniently located near a shopping mall, a square with lots of shops, and the beach.

I cant believe this hotel had received so many positive comments. The breakfast was awful and being tiled throughout means any noise is amplified throughout. I didnt sleep the whole time I was there

The room is very clean and worth for pay

The swiming pool is very small and not suitable for swiming

I stayed in hotel second times and booked other two night with late check out at 6pm - 50% plus. Personal very helpful. Every evening hotel cooked buffet dinner - BBQ, seafood, tapas - very tasty food and good prize.

The best hotel where I ever stayed! Especially staff were very helpful. It is in quiet part of Kuta, only two minutes to the center by walk.
