During my Easter holiday, I stayed at a hotel that offered excellent services. The breakfast was scrumptious, and the staff was welcoming and accommodating. The hotel's location was strategic for me since it was close to shopping malls and tourist attractions. One of the best advantages was the breathtaking view from the balcony.
The room I was allocated had an unpleasant odor that the housekeeping staff could not eliminate. The Wi-Fi signal was weak and unreliable.

We enjoyed the excellent South Indian breakfast served every day during our stay, with a tasty selection of food to choose from. The hotel's location was also convenient, as it was situated near the Koyembedu flower market and had easy access to public transportation, including the metro station and private omni bus stand. The hotel facilities were comfortable, and the staff, particularly the friendly and helpful manager, made us feel welcome.

Great location and excellent service! the conference facilities are top, notch and the staff were friendly and helpful. the rooms were clean and well, appointed with comfortable beds.
The surrounding area outside the hotel was quite dirty and noisy due to traffic. There were limited parking options available.

The location of the hotel is very convenient, as it is near the main bus station, opposite a flower market, and a short distance from the omni bus stand. the room and bathroom were clean and comfortable, and the staff provided excellent service. the breakfast offered a range of choices and was delicious. the hotel facilities were noteworthy, included an on-site restaurant.
Some areas of the hotel could use better maintenance.
