the exclusive amenities provided made my stay unforgettable. From the body wraps to the full, body massages, the spa and wellness center had everything I needed for ultimate relaxation. the outdoor swimming pool and jacuzzi were also a great touch, making it easy to unwind while soaking up the sun.

the maintenance staff took care of it promptly, and it did not take away from my overall experience.

My boyfriend and I stayed at the Hilton in Playa del Carmen for a weekend getaway. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed. Our room was upgraded to a larger one with a balcony overlooking all the activities. The "Spice" restaurant had a great buffet with fresh squeezed juices. Don't miss the "Maria Marie" restaurant for amazing food and skilled servers. The daily shows were like circus de soleil. this was the best New Year vacation with stunning fireworks view. I definitely recommend this hotel for a relaxing stay.

The food options were diverse and delicious, with different themes each night. the location of the hotel was perfect, right in the heart of the action. We loved being able to explore the nearby shops and restaurants. the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always greeting us with a smile.

The prices of some of the spa services were quite expensive, especially considering the conversion rate from my currency. It would have been nice if they offered more affordable options or discounts for longer stays.

Perfect location for walking to 5th Avenue shopping and restaurants, 12th Avenue nightlife, and ferry to nearby islands. All-inclusive resort with excellent food and drink options. Beautiful pool area and lobby design. Room amenities include jacuzzi and thoughtful surprises for special occasions.

Perfect central location near 5th Ave. Excellent restaurants with plenty of options. Clean, spacious master suite with a large balcony. Two pool areas and plenty of lounges and cabanas on the beach. Friendly and helpful staff.

The service was exceptional, staff were courteous and eager to please. The selection of food options was amazing, with a variety of dining experiences. The location was convenient, with easy access to shopping and attractions. The resort was beautiful, with stunning ocean views. We especially enjoyed the coffee shop and craft cocktail bar. WiFi was available everywhere, even on the beach.

I had an amazing experience at Hilton! When I arrived, they upgraded my room to a beautiful, recently renovated suite with extra perks like butler service and free meals at Chef's Plate. The food was delicious, especially at Spice with its fresh, buffet-style options. The entertainment team, especially Kevin and Tony, made sure everyone had a great time. The hotel was also in a fantastic location, right by the beach. I highly recommend Hilton for a wonderful vacation.

The hotel is located on the beach, and there are plenty of restaurants to eat at, with a variety of cuisine options. Guests can find great food at every restaurant except Chefs Plate, and enjoy their meals by the grassy area by the beach. The service is amazing, with plenty of attentive and friendly staff ready to help. The gym is top quality, and the coffee is delicious.

We stayed at a beautiful resort with a convenient location by the ocean. Our room, suite 994, was spacious and comfortable, with great service from our butler Fredrico and maid Belinda. The beach was amazing and we had an assigned cabana. The resort had a "party" pool and a quiet pool, but we didn't need them with our private pool in the room.

The hotel allowed smoking in certain areas, which was a nuisance for non-smokers like us. The management didn't effectively enforce their no-smoking policy, despite our complaints throughout our stay.

We enjoyed a fantastic vacation at a beautiful all-inclusive resort with amazing amenities and great service. The oceanfront room provided a stunning view, and the pool and beach areas were perfect for relaxing and enjoying the warm weather. The restaurants had a delicious selection of food and drinks. I highly recommend this resort.
