The location was ideal as we were near a train station.

New-fashioned single room with views of inner courtyard. Wi-Fi and an air conditioner available. Marvellous location walk from the train station, easy to get around.

the hotel had a marvellous location close to metro stop. what's more, it was right by roman residence, the main train station roma termini, and bus station and train station. the room with nice bathroom. having a bidet, soft bathrobes, and shower caps was a bonus.

Roman Residence was more than I expected. It was clean and very new, and walking distance to to the Coliseum and central train station. The furnishings were very comfortable. The bathroom was completely up to date and even the windows were new. There was a very convenient security box. Also, Massimo was the most gracious and thoughtful host. He made sure we knew where we were going and recommended what we should see during our short stay. Thank you, Massimo!

an exceptionally comfortable place, we loved its favourable location. the staff were accommodating and absolutely kind. the breakfast was varied, plenty of food.

I spent 3 lovely nights in Rome. the Roman Residence was extremely spacious and beautiful. - the nice bathroom was a great feature. - the location was unbeatable, close to many sights like the Roman Forum and Trevi Fountain. - A supermarket just across the street was very convenient. - Staying in the central district was totally worth it.

The room was very clean. Little details were great (water in room, chocolate treats, drinks in fridge. The little breakfast place down the street was run by the nicest people. We enjoyed our brief stay very much.

The staff at the hotel were so helpful and such nice people. We would recommend this hotel to anyone going to Rome and would most definitely stay there on a return trip.

Great location, very clean, and Massimo was a wonderful host.

The staff at Roman Residence were very helpful and friendly. Although only 4 rooms on a floor of a larger building, we enjoyed the peacefulness and comfort in the busy city of Rome. One could walk to most sights in 10-20 minutes and it is very close to the train station. The rooms were large for European large city standards, and meticulously clean. On a hot day, the free drinks were very welcomed. Unlike many places, the Wi-Fi worked perfectly.

The staff were the best and very hospitable all the time. the location was handy, really close to Roman Forum, bus station, and train station. - Furthermore, close to tourist attractions.

The single room at Roman Residence had great beds and a work desk, as well as coffee/tea making equipment and satellite TV. the private bathroom was equipped with a bidet. the hotel's amazing position in the heart of Rome was a big plus.

Massimo was very helpful. The hotel was close to the railway station (Roma Termini) and the major sites (Coliseum, Forum and not that far from the Vatican). The room was basic but very clean.
