I recently stayed at Riviera Royal for a business trip. My room was a little humid, but the receptionist, Sylla, quickly arranged a more comfortable room for me. He is attentive and patient, providing excellent service. The hotel has a nice African-themed decor, with a pool deck and a casino on site. The staff were polite and the cleanliness was top-notch.

The staff at the reception desk are professional and the location is excellent and unbeatable. The hotel is very close to a tennis court, both restaurants have beautiful panoramic views at the rooftop lounge and the Cathedrale Sante Marie, located not too far away from the hotel, is truly enjoyable. The room is fully-equipped and very well decorated with a panoramic view of Conakry bay and town.

Had a great New Year experience at this hotel. Enjoyed the friendly staff and fantastic food at the restaurant. The pizza and steak were cooked to perfection. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, and the pool was a nice feature. The airport pick up was a great convenience for a solo traveler like me.
The noise from the nearby railway was a bit bothersome at times. The service from some of the staff, apart from the pool attendant and senior staff, could have been better.

I had a really nice experience staying at this hotel. The location was great, not far from the airport and in a good area. The room was modern and spacious, and the bathroom was very nice and functional. The staff took good care of all the guests, providing impeccable service. The breakfast was delicious, with a variety of European and African options. The hotel had many facilities, including a garden, tennis court, swimming pool, and a rooftop bar with a great view.
One negative aspect was the language barrier, as not all the staff spoke English.

Had a really great thanksgiving weekend in a hotel in Guinea. The staff was really friendly and welcoming. The two complementary facts were amazing as the food was really good and the cleanliness was well maintained. The location was convenient as it was nearby the airport and had good transport links. The best part of the hotel was having access to a well-equipped gym which was perfect for working off all the delicious food.
The only downside was that the hotel did not have a wide variety of entertainment options. There were no nightclubs or rooftop bars to enjoy the nightlife.
