The breakfast buffet offers a solid variety, from fluffy pancakes to ample pastries, enough to kickstart your day. The location couldn't be more convenient, just a stone's throw from Times Square, allowing easy access to the city's vibrant heart.

The elevators can be a real hassle, often requiring a tricky card maneuver during busy hours. the shower design sports a transparent wall facing the bed, which can be a bit off-putting for privacy. Not to mention the breakfast area can get chaotic, often leading to frustrating wait times that might stretch on longer than you'd hope.

Great location and fantastic breakfast!

I had a delightful stay in a Deluxe Queen Room for 4 nights. The breakfast was a standout, featuring fluffy pancakes and a wide variety of pastries, making it a pleasure to start each day. The location was perfect—just a short walk from Times Square, which allowed easy access to all the attractions we wanted to see. the bathroom privacy setup could be improved, as the frosted glass wall did not provide enough separation.

I loved enjoying the free access to the executive lounge with endless snacks and drinks, and the breakfast was a delightful treat with plenty of options! The spacious bathroom was a nice surprise and so refreshing.

great stay close to times square

The location was perfect, just a short walk from Times Square. The Deluxe King Room had air conditioning, a flat-screen TV, and a lovely private bathroom with a rain shower. Breakfast was a feast with fresh fruit, fluffy pancakes, and a variety of pastries. The staff was super friendly and attentive, making my stay delightful.

Unhelpful staff

Rooms are spacious, boasting impressive views from high floors that are a treat after a day in the city. The breakfast buffet offers a diverse selection, ensuring everyone can find something to fuel up before hitting the streets, although it can get bustling during peak hours.

Glass bathroom walls may not provide the privacy some guests desire, which might leave you feeling exposed. Additionally, there’s no tea or coffee making facilities in the rooms, so you need to get dressed and head to the café for a morning fix—definitely a hassle if you’re not a morning person.

Had a fantastic stay. The room was a good size with plenty of storage and a huge shower. Dinner options were fantastic, perfect for winter nights. The breakfast variety was exceptional and staff worked hard to seat everyone quickly. The staff were friendly and attentive, making our stay memorable!
