The Christmas decorations were absolutely stunning, creating a festive and magical atmosphere throughout the hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful, making me feel welcome and ensuring I had everything I needed during my stay. The location was perfect, with easy access to shopping areas and tourist attractions.

The room I stayed in was quite small and cramped, with limited space to move around. Additionally, the breakfast buffet was a bit disappointing, with a lack of variety and average quality of food.

I got well-appointed room with an iron, the windows opening up to the stunning view of the Tower, club lounge access as advertised. The breakfast with eggs ordered and Chinese foods and best view was scrumptious and amazing.

I recently stayed at a luxurious hotel in the heart of Pudong. The location was perfect, right in the financial district and close to a stunning view of the Tower. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a fantastic shower and comfortable bed. The service was impeccable, with friendly and attentive staff. The breakfast spread was delicious and offered a wide variety of options. The hotel also had amazing facilities, including a rooftop bar with breathtaking views.

The only drawback was the weak WiFi in the room, which needs urgent improvement.

We recently had a staycation at The Ritz-Carlton and it was amazing! From the friendly staff to the beautiful Pearl Tower view from our room, everything was perfect. The bed felt like sleeping on clouds and the bathroom was fantastic. The surprises for our wedding day were the cherry on top, with chocolates, rose petals, and free access to the club lounge. The staff, especially Angie and Ziv, went above and beyond to make us feel like royalty. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting or wanting a staycation.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, right next to a mall, and we could easily explore the city on foot or by metro. The stunning view of Shanghai's skyline from the bar was breathtaking. The breakfast was incredible, with plenty of options to choose from, and the staff were extremely helpful and kind. Special thanks to Jack, who went above and beyond by calling a taxi for us during a busy evening to get to the airport.

Got two complementary cocktails and a plate of fancy cheese when we arrived. The hotel is in a great area, near famous landmarks and the subway. The bed was comfortable and had good sheets.

The staff was unhelpful and unfriendly. There were too many hidden costs, such as the charge for Wi-Fi and the extra charge for room service.
