I got great value for my money at Residenza Millennium! The room was clean and comfortable, with high ceilings and a cozy bed. The location was perfect, right in the city center next to the train station, and the staff were friendly and helpful.
The breakfast menu could use a little improvement, maybe by adding more variety or offering some local specialties.

The staff was very friendly and helpful, very near to train station, good location, near supermarkets and fast food stores. Clean and good decoration of the room.
The staff was available only a few hours during the day. The heating / cooling system was operated by the staff, so we couldnt change the temperature of the room whenever we want.

Location is next to the train station, however, the sign is very small to notice. we walked past couple time before realized its there. Credit card machine doesn't work during our stay, we need to pay cash. Value is ok, no breakfast. I would think it's abit over price, but consider about location, it's one of the closest to train station.

Great location, only a short walk from the train station and close to many restaurants and attractions. Rooms were spacious and had beautiful ceilings. The rain shower head in the bathroom was a nice touch.
The staff was very rude and unhelpful. They had very strict rules, including limited check-in times and no early arrivals or late departures.

This is a perfect hotel to use as a base and explore Florence and Tusccany, centrally located everything is a short walk away. Rooms are very good but the real asset is the warmth and helpfulness of the people who were always willing to help with a friendly smile.

the hotel offered great value for money, with reasonable prices that didn't break the bank. Secondly, the attention to detail was impressive, with small touches that made the experience memorable. Additionally, the hotel's location in a vibrant area of the city added to the overall appeal. Lastly, the staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, providing excellent service throughout my stay.
All in all, my experience at this hotel was fantastic.

Central location, just 2 min. walk from the train station. Staff are helpful and friendly.
Relatively more restrictions in use the room, such as no food or hot drink in the room, etc.

The owner and his girlfriend were very accommodating and friendly. The location is great being very close to the train station and downtown. Nice old character room. Room was very clean and it was nice to have a balcony. I believe there are a few rooms off of the street side which may be a better option.
The noise from the street can be a bit much especially if they are cleaning the tracks as we discovered the last night. Great if you are heavy sleeper. There was a strange odor coming from the drains in the bathroom, but we found as long as we kept the fan on, it was fine.

I recently had a fantastic stay at a hotel in Florence. the location was perfect, with the train station just a stone's throw away and all the main attractions within easy walking distance. Secondly, the staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, going above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable. Lastly, the rooms were spacious and well-appointed, with some even featuring private terraces. Plus, the breakfast included in our stay was a great bonus.
Everything at this hotel was just perfect.

The location was great because it was very close to the train station, and not more than a 15 minute walk to any of the sights. The rooms are beautiful, the bathrooms are new, and the staff friendly and helpful.
This is my second time staying here, and I don't remember it being as noisy before. But in the morning the sounds of buses eco loudly, and as the windows are older, they're not as sound-proof.
