Perfect hotel with favourable location very close to bars and restaurants in the 18th arr. District. Good services, the public parking was available off site...

There was only 3 things really, The man at the front desk was very helpful & spoke great english, the beds were comfortable & it was clean.
The hotel was in a horrible area pretty sure it was a red light zone, and my mum and i ended up walking on the other side of the road when going any where, because the men were very slezzy, it was very noisy the walls where paper thing and people were very noisy in the hotel, as well as being right near a train station.

Clean bathroom and toilet,
Not daily cleaning the room or changing the beds and cleaning the bathroom and toilet.Older beds need to be changed and TV is located too high, no more English programmes.

The staff was very friendly, there was an elevator, and the room was clean.
The only problem I had with the hotel was the location. It was not in a nice part of town. I would not recommend that women by themselves stay here. I did not feel safe walking at night to the hotel and would have felt worse if I did not have someone with me. I have stayed in hotels all over Paris, but this was the most uncomfortable neighborhood I have stayed in.

Perfectly situated near Barbes M2 & M4 subway stations in a local neighborhood, with fantastic dining options like Chez Casimir just a short 10-minute walk away.

we stayed in a double room with fresh towels. the setting was excellent, next to the gare du nord station, a metrostation, and prominent train stations and sacre-coeur church and moulin rouge. it had an individual atmosphere and provided good service.

The staff of the hotel was fantastic. We made several requests for things we hadn't brought, like electrical adaptors and scissors, and they were always happy to loan whatever we needed. The room was clean, and the en suite bathroom was very welcome with a hot shower.
The location of the hotel is not the best in town, though I'm sure it was not the worst. There was a raised train track literally just outside our 2nd story window that ran at all hours that would be tough for light sleepers. The twice-a-week market that also takes place out front is noisy, and setup began at about 3:30 am on Saturday and Wednesday. Having said that, it is only a short walk from the Gare-du- Nord train station.

The staff was very helpful and friendly. The room simply furnished but clean. It was nice to be close to a metro stop and Gare Du Nord.
The metro was literally right outside my bedroom window. Fortunately we were very tired so we were able to sleep through it for the most part.

I would like cleanliness and good personal.
But hotel don`t give breakfast: neither Continental nor Swedish-table. Personal of hotel did not know, that breakfast offer in site www.Booked.net! Forgot to give out soap, shampoo, shower gel. Very dirty area of city.
