I loved my stay at Residence 86 in Amsterdam! The room had a cozy feel with a kitchenette and a shared bathroom. The shower was refreshing, and they even provided complimentary toiletries and a hairdryer. The fridge in my guestroom was a great convenience.

Personally, I wasn't a fan of the shared bathroom, but I know some people don't mind.

The location of the apartment was super convenient, with all the tourist attractions within a short walking distance. The beautiful house had a mind-blowing central location, and the sharing kitchen was jaw-droppingly useful for a large stay. The hosts were extremely nice and went above and beyond to assist us. our stay was absolutely fantastic and we would highly recommend it to others.

We enjoyed the free tea and coffee, and the kitchen was well-stocked. The owner was very helpful and even allowed us an early check-in.

I recently stayed at a fantastic apartment in Amsterdam for three nights. Sergio, the owner and caretaker, reached out to me beforehand to confirm my arrival time and went above and beyond to ensure I had an early check-in. The room was clean and the location was ideal, with popular tourist spots just a short walk away. Chris, who I believe is another resident, was quick to address a minor issue with the boiler and assured me it would be fixed promptly. The sharing kitchen was also a great addition for longer stays. I had a wonderful experience at this centrally located apartment.

Nothing I didn't like to be fair.

Multilingual staff were useful for all the languages I don't speak. Loved storing my luggage while I brewed my own coffee in the common area kitchen. Conveniently close to Anne Frank House, so I didn't have to walk far to feel guilty about my privilege.

So glad I got to experience the joy of climbing difficult stairs and sharing a bathroom with strangers, just like at home!

Great value for money, the room was clean and comfortable. The location was perfect, within walking distance to everything, with a lovely view of the canal. The staff, especially Sergio, were extremely nice and helpful.

Menu for breakfast could have had more variety.
