We had a great stay on vacation. The hotel was in a central setting very near Ringling museums. It was 25 minutes on foot from Zamzam Well. We had a fantastic stay at Regency Inn & Suites Sarasota while visiting Sarasota. the hotel's convenient location near Ringling museums and Zamzam Well made our vacation truly enjoyable.

The rooms here are modern and a good size, and the kitchenette includes a freezer and stove.

The stuff was especially helpful and competent and we will be back. We liked this pleasant and cool hotel and had a really good time. The location was unbeatable, next to Green Bean Coffee House. It was 10 minutes' drive from the airport.

I had the standard room, it was new-fashioned and tidy. The rate was £ 61. The hotel had a good position, very close to the museum.

We liked rooms with a kitchenette: )

It was a suite with separate sitting room/ kitchen and sleeping room

I foudn a rather big roach in the bathroom.

The standard room was a decent size, well-furnished, and we enjoyed having the coffee and mini-bar amenities available.

Location is convenient. Dated but clean. Quiet as the bedrooms are on the back of the property.

No daily room service, towels etc. Staff is not around unless called or summoned to the office by ringing.

Stayed in brand-new room with king bed. I liked a nice decor and the staff were amicable and professional people with very responsive staff member.

That breakfast was missing.

The staff was excellent. the rooms were a decent size and nicely furnished. - the hotel's location was central, close to attractions and beaches, many restaurants, and the city center.

Was surprised at cleanliness. I know in past that area had some "seedy" places. This was a very clean place, with polite, helpful, staff. Was very pleased. While it was not the most modern, it was a very nice place, and an excellent value. I will try to stay here again in the future.

Just a couple very small things. I wish they would have have a channel guide for tv, and thought they should have had at least enough coffee and filters in room for one pot of coffee. That would allow you to start off your first morning relaxed, good cup of coffee in hand , then be able to go shop for what you need.

The suite was recently updated and had a comfortable king bed, it's in a great location for traveling to the area.

I had pleasant interactions with three different staff members. All were very helpful. The facilities are older yet very well maintained.

This hotel is located in a poor area of town with several abandoned hotels nearby making it less attractive for casual strolls in the neighborhood.

Loved that the hotel was cool and had exceptional and responsive staff with very responsive staff member.

There was breakfast missing, I was a little disappointed.

Our standard room had a separate bedroom and a kitchenette, which was a great feature.
