The best here is the location 20m from the metro entrance Al Fahidi ! The breakfast is mainly Indian (most of the guests, many of the staff and I was the only European! But it was ok and everybody very nice). Room was very clean and well furnished
I had a reservation, but the reservation could not be found, 2-3 people look into the computer and shake their heads, only when I show the reservation on my computer "suddenly they find me" ! At breakfast, 1 head waiter and at least 2 assistants are walking around, but they only check the breakfast receipt that you have to get every day at the reception and they clear the table, then take everything with them, also the glass of water that I just filled up freshly, went to the buffet to get something else, suddenly the whole glass of water was gone, the whole thing takes place in a narrow room where the waiter should know who sits where at 8-9 tables and if he is still at the buffet or actually left. The jam is in a soup plate and on 3 of 4 days there was only a knife to take it out and put it on the plate ! With dishes like rice dishes there is usually only a narrow pair of tongs to take out and from the juice machine comes an exact amount of liquid with each push of a button, set to perhaps 0.25 liters, but on 2 of 4 days there were much too small glasses and a part of the liquid flows then with each glass into the spout. But nobody notices this from the staff, because obviously nobody thinks about it. Hygiene at breakfast is a real problem, butter is loose as well as jam, everybody pokes around in it, coughs etc. - BUT: I survived it!

i liked the location and the facilities, nice irish pub with great menue for food and friendly staff of the restaurant, also the disco with live show and the most beautiful russian ladies in dubai,
i didn't like that the reception charge u 150 dhm whish is almost 30 euros if u take lady from disco to your room even if u paid already for double room as i do ,they told me,u should be double with same nationality???? very strange in dubai, isn't it?also the security at the disco look for any chance to have tips by any way they can which make u inconfortable.

it is a disgrace that the hotel does not have a lobby for guests to wait before checking in

We loved the hotel's convenient location, with the metro station right next to it. It made getting around this city very easy for us. Additionally, we were impressed by the hotel facilities, which were clean and well-maintained. The staff was accommodating and friendly, making us feel welcome during our stay.
Nothing to dislike.

Great Food and Location
During my city trip, I stayed in a hotel that had a great selection of food and a key location. The food was delicious, with generous portions that left me feeling full and satisfied. The location was fantastic, with easy access to shopping areas, a metro station, and other city attractions. One of the best aspects of my stay was the view from my room, which was breathtaking and added to the overall experience.
The hotel was not without its flaws. The room amenities were lacking and outdated, with no shaving kit, toothbrush or iron board provided.

Location only
The new managment made several changes on hotel's services and policy. The end result will make the hotel among the worst in Dubai and will lead to loosing the majority of its customers.

The Location is excellent, near metro station and a few bars......good for a single traveller, but book rooms above 4th floor due to music from the nightclub.

This hotel is great value for money, with reasonable prices and attention to detail. The location is superb, as it is very near a metro station which connects you to various places in Dubai. The staff provide excellent service and are very friendly. The basic amenities in the rooms, such as the comfortable bed and the mini-bar, are well-maintained. The breakfast served includes some delicious Indian delicacies.
All was fine with my stay at this hotel.

If you like sports the sports bar is really convenient Two restaurant options of Chinese and Indian we pretty good for this type of hotel. The gym and pool area is small but there is never anyone there so its quite with no kids If you want female company it is available if you go to the 1st floor club Spinneys supermarket is walking distance The metro stop Al Fahidi is right in front which makes visiting different places very easy. So you basically have everthing youn may need in a small convenient hotel !
Booking .com should include free internet during your stay as part of the price even if the price is slightly higher.
