The location was comfortable and exceptionally nice, very close to shops and restaurants. the private parking was an excellent bonus. the staff was hard-working.

The hotel was a brilliant place for enjoying a nice area, right by shops and restaurants and grocery stores and the different restaurants. My room included a flat-screen TV with cable channels, climate control and a refrigerator. I loved that this venue offered wake-up service. The services were good. Got wake up calls free of charge, not bad too. I came here for 2 nights and had a really great stay.

The motel is poorly ran, the staff is unfriendly. Drug dealers in the parking lot, I would not bring my family here. No breakfast at all, just a coffee machine in the lobby. The rooms are very small, much like a motel 6

Very close to hwy 50,yet did not hear freeway noise, restaurants close by

The staff was very helpful and extremely friendly - we would stay there again. the rooms were brand-new, neat, and equipped with standard beds. - the location was convenient and exceptionally nice, for example, Sacramento Children's Museum was a 10-15 minute walking distance from the hotel.

They over charged my card and still ahve not reimbursed me.

Staff, my family and I had a family emergency, my hubsand had to be admited to the hospital, for which we did not stay the two days, I checked out early (day early) explaining my rush and upset look about me and all they could say you have to pay not I am sorry, lets see what we can do for you and your family, no offer of any kind........................

The staff was extremely friendly, very amiable with every request. the location was particularly good and comfy for me, close to everything. It was so close to eating establishments, the different restaurants and all the stores.

The desk staff when I checked in was surly and I had difficulty understanding him (heavily accented English).
