I didn't feel like leaving, spent really enjoyable time and can recommend. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, and overall the room was clean. Location: the hotel was next to McKinney, TX. And it was at a medium distance from Church's Chicken, ate there couple of times.

I had the most delightful stay at a charming bed and breakfast with a vintage feel. The property is nestled in a tranquil neighborhood full of historic homes. The owners, Debbie and Gary, made me feel like a long-lost friend and their attention to detail was second to none. Every room had its own unique character and the whole house was tastefully decorated with antiques and accents. The breakfast they served was a treat for the taste buds - homemade cinnamon rolls, fresh fruit, eggs, bacon, and their special cheese jalapeno grits. The grounds were beautifully landscaped with well-manicured gardens and native plants. Sitting on the private balcony of my room, listening to the birds chirping, was pure bliss. I highly recommend this bed and breakfast for a peaceful and memorable stay.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The vintage ambience was cozy and comfortable. The owners were friendly and accommodating. The location, tucked away in an older residential area, was close enough to the DFW area and within walking distance of the downtown historic square in this city.
Couldn't find any faults at all.
