Real Inn Cancun

I loved the Real Inn Cancun for its stunning lagoon view, excellent service at the restaurant, and convenient proximity to a dive center. The room amenities were great, though I did have some noise issues from neighboring rooms. Overall, a wonderful stay with friendly staff.

I fell in lꭷve with the rꭷꭷms' lagoon view balcony! 🌴 breakfꭷast was included, but wish staff was mꭷre ꭷccꭷmmꭷdating. Great area & pꭷꭷl with view. Close tꭷ bus statiꭷn. 🚌

Rooms were big, location handy with buses nearby, and Starbucks coffee for a morning boost. Enjoyed the picturesque terrace breakfast and the lovely pool with plenty of sun loungers. Only drawback was the need to run the water for a while to get warm in the shower, a bit annoying but didn't ruin the overall experience. The friendly restaurant staff, especially Esperanza, made our stay delightful! 🌞

Always choose this place. First stay, staff helped with room problem at night. Suits me perfectly. Has Wi-Fi, 24-hr reception, outdoor pool, fitness studio, business center. Coming back for trip.

Real Inn Cancun, supposedly the reflection of the traditions and daily life of a people, offered outstanding views of the lagoon, perfect for someone like me who wants to see water without actually going to the beach.

Just loved how they charged my credit card without asking and then had to reverse it when I wanted to pay cash. So convenient!

The view from my room at Real Inn was stunning, overlooking the Nichupte Lagoon. Although the breakfast selection wasn't huge, the food was delicious and the staff was very accommodating when I requested a specific item. I had a great stay and would recommend this hotel.

The rooms are incredibly spacious and the staff are amazing. The hotel offers amazing views by the poolside and from the restaurant. The cleanliness of the hotel is top-notch. It's much nicer than other higher-rated hotels.

The pool area and breakfast were fantastic. the pool was beautiful and a great place to relax and enjoy the sun. the breakfast offered a good variety of options to choose from. the hotel's location was also ideal, as it was conveniently located near the beach and within walking distance to various attractions in the area.

There were some negative aspects of our stay. the staff at the cafetaria were extremely unhelpful.

We had a great time here! The location is perfect, right in the middle of the island and in a great area. The room had everything we needed, from ironing facilities to a balcony with garden furniture, and the flat-screen TV had plenty of channels to choose from.

The convenient city bus and nearby beach made up for the lack of nearby restaurants. The only downsides were the non-functional wifi and the absence of a mini fridge. During our stay for a business trip, we found the rooms to be surprisingly nice with a 3-star standard. The lobby had a beautiful view, and the staff were helpful, especially Jorge. The location was convenient, close to many things, and we felt safe. The pool area, while needing some work, was picturesque and enjoyable. The blackout curtains in the room were great, and we appreciated the immediate assistance from the staff when we had a small issue with wasps on the balcony. The hotel is conveniently located within an 11-minute walk to the marinas for water tours, making it easy to explore the vibrant marine life and have exciting adventures on the water. The spacious rooms, beautiful lagoon views, and peaceful garden provided a tranquil setting for our family to unwind and enjoy quality time together.

My wife says that a kids' play area or organized activities would have been a great addition for families with children.
