I had a fantastic experience here, everything was awesome, the location was favourable near the cable cars, the restaurant and a long hike. I had the queen room, it was compact. The staff was very approachable and good, offered wake up service and ironing free of charge. The private parking was close to the hotel, exceptional service.

Fab retreat, I did not want to leave.

I ate at a GREAT restaurant for dinner.

I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel. The room was modern and clean, with a great shower and a large comfortable bed. I also enjoyed the beautiful view of the lake from my room and the convenience of having a kitchen and laundry facilities. The hotel is located in the center of town, making it easy to walk to coffee shops and restaurants. The service, room amenities, and location made my stay here truly luxurious and comfortable.

The hotel is in a great location close to cafes, art galleries, walks, the lake, activities. the staff were very helpful and provided us with a lot of information. - We had a room with amazing views of the lake and mountains.

The hotel is fairly clean and located in a new building. It's a short walk to a long hike or mountain biking, as well as to shops, restaurants, and the airport. - the rooms come with a washing machine and a bathroom. - the staff were helpful in explaining where to park to avoid getting a ticket.

I got great value for my money at the hotel. The room was clean and spacious, with a big bathroom and convenient amenities like a washing machine and dryer. The location was perfect, within walking distance to everything and the staff were friendly and helpful.

The breakfast option could be improved, maybe by offering more variety or including it in the room rate.

The hotel was exceptionally comfortable and stunningly beautiful. the venue was in a very central setting really close to public transport. - It was close to all that Queenstown has to offer, including the lake, restaurants, and waterfront.

The atmosphere of the hotel is contemporary. Its location is magnificent and favorable, not far from the center of Queenstown and a bus stop. - There's a wide array of restaurants to choose from, like the Hillside Brasserie, set within a 5-minute walk. Really enjoyed this place.

During my stay at Ramada, I was pleasantly surprised by the beautiful view of the lake from my room. The sunset was absolutely breathtaking and made my stay even more memorable. The room itself was modern and clean, with a convenient kitchenette and even a washer and dryer. The shower was strong and refreshing. The staff were helpful and accommodating, making me feel welcome throughout my stay. The location of the hotel was perfect, just a short walk to the bus stop and amazing restaurants. I had a great experience at Ramada and would definitely recommend it to others.

We had a wonderful stay in Queenstown. The hotel was very close to the city center and the shore, which made exploring the town very convenient. The room we had was excellent, with floor-to-ceiling windows offering stunning views of Lake Wakatipu and the mountains. The staff were attentive and went above and beyond to help us, organizing medical care when I fell ill. it was one of our better stays in this beautiful city.
