Our room was a nice size with central heating, a laptop-compatible safe, and multi-channel TV. The breakfast was awesome, the food was good. The service was good with a fast check-in.

The room seemed not luxurious.

I loved that the hotel was perfect and had extremely helpful staff. Everything was nice, the room was beautifully maintained with amenities like a mini-fridge and TVs. It was good to have cold drinks in the coffee bar....  

Nice building and rooms with a fridge. So many choices for breakfast: scrambled eggs and cheese...

Accommodation was big size and ideal with polite staff at the reception desk. The location was marvellous and easy - an easy walk to everywhere we wanted to go.

In the morning, we were served tasty scrambled eggs with cheese. The room was amazing, well-furnished, and had everything we needed like fresh towels, 02 bedrooms, and even wine glasses. 🍳

I had trouble getting into the room initially and lady who was cleaning the room next door was kind enough to help me. receptionist was also kind.

I arrived 2 hours before the check in and couldn't get in. I had to leave about an hour ago and when I got bored I sat down at the reception to wait. I chose it because of its location and comments regarding the availability of transportation to the door and sale of public transportation tickets at the reception. However, I arrived it was the first thing I asked for and they didn't have any, they were sold out. I only had one afternoon in the city, it was Sunday and almost everything was closed and I had to go out to look for tickets to the souvenir shops in the area. There are a lot of beggars at the door of the hotel. I had read it in a commentary but I didn't think it was that much.. I booked a room with a double bed in a 4 star hotel and bed consisted of 2 single mattresses joined together, not a double mattress. bathroom had practically no hygienic supplies (shampoo, conditioner, etc. I think only an all-purpose liquid soap.

Location, ease of access to Venice and the staff were friendly

The room was large, clean and comfortable, breakfast was just perfect!

Very polite hotel staff. The hotel is about 15-20 min bus ride to Venice. Bus stop is in front of the hotel. Big supermarket is next doors, where you can buy all you need. Rooms are big, modern and...  

Exceptionally clean and well-maintained rooms. Excellent value for the price.- Convenient location near supermarkets, restaurants, and Mestre for easy access to the train station.- Comfortable building with modern amenities like wine glasses, a mini-fridge,...  

The good arrangement, the bus up to Venice stops near to hotel, Tickets can be bought on Рецепшен. The garage underground, is enough places.

Family room was consisted of rooms was spacious,clean,with TV in each room,bright and rather quite, although there were road construction just below the windows.Very good breakfast.Indoor parking was very convinient,since you can leave your car and be in Venice in 5 minutes using the bus right outside the hotel entrance.It is so close that you can go twice a day in Venice, achieving an afternoon snap and refreshing in the hotel before big nights in Venice.There is even a supermarket in the hotel where you can buy some food and water for the long days in Venice.I recomend you to buy the daily public transport ticket from the reception which allows you to use unlimited busses,boats etc for 12 hours for 16 euros

I stayed in a very nice room with a clean bathroom and enjoyed a good breakfast. The bed was comfortable, and the staff was super friendly and attentive.
