the location was good, around 4-6 minutes walk from rfd tv the theatre. the staff was excellent, they were always available. the breakfast was warm with gravy and also bagels, so much to pick from.

The hotel is fairly large. the meals were appetizing. I really enjoyed the marvelous location just off many attractions. Very close to Silver Dollar City and fun activities.

Room not only looked clean but smelled clean as well. Was very pleased with the overall value and layout of the room. Plenty of fresh towels and very clean linens.
Breakfast facilities left a lot to be desired. Waffle mix was dried out and waffle wasn't edible. Toaster took forever to toast. No places to sit. Even for continental it's not worth it.

I had a really nice experience during my 3-night stay at Quality Inn West. The room I booked came with fresh towels and had great amenities like central heating, multi-channel television, and a microwave oven. The staff was attentive and helpful throughout my entire stay. The location in a nice area was excellent and stunning, with easy access to Branson airport, just a 27-minute drive away.
