This is the 3rd time I have stayed at the Hotel Alicia-during the summer season, but I have to say that there are certain things that I feel have changed, and not for the better. Let me first begin with the positive lovely hotel staff work very hard to keep the hotel very clean it has a good location and a sea view us a must. The food is good with a good selection there are plenty of sun beds around the pool. Now for the negatives : firstly the lack of staff that are available (waiters in the dining area as well as by the bar to go for some lunch I ordered a cheese toastie and 2 beers for myself and my husband the time for the beers was fine but I then waited 20-25 min for 1 toastie there were 2 waiters running around taking orders and serving, in the end I cancelled my order. The dress code I feel has also dropped for meal times one morning I went to breakfast to see a young girl with a bikini on and a see through wrap on, but as the bottoms of the bikini was a thong you had her backside showing Most inappropriate for breakfast and I also noticed a young boy with his parents wearing Jean shorts for evening meal the shorts would have been fine if they had been linen and more suitable for evening wear. I was very disappointed as all the staff work very hard needless to say we shall not be looking to staying at this hotel.

The location of the hotel is fantastic, as it is situated right on the seafront promenade. This offers easy access to the beach and provides stunning views of the blue ocean. being in the centre of the resort ensures that there are plenty of shops, restaurants, and activities nearby.
One negative aspect mentioned by a guest is that the suites were cleaned later in the day, around 3 pm, while other rooms were cleaned earlier. This can be disappointing for premium-paying guests who would expect their room to be prioritized.

The rooms are modern and the place is gorgeous; we greatly enjoyed this venue and would return here. There is a yogurt place nearby that serves quick meals in just a 5-minute walk from the hotel.

The staff was unfriendly and the service was poor. the hotel was noisy at night, making it difficult to sleep.

The staff at the hotel were absolutely excellent! From reception to the cleaners, they were all cheerful, friendly, and always ready to chat or answer any questions. The entertainment provided by Matthew was top-notch, he was always cheerful and had us laughing like crazy. The hotel itself was lovely, with clean rooms and delicious food. The views over the sea were breathtaking and the terrace and rooftop pool were the perfect places to relax. the hotel offered a wonderful experience.
While the hotel was great, there were a few things that could be improved. The sunbed situation was a bit tiresome, as you had to set your alarm to secure a spot.
