We stayed at this lovely hotel on our way to safari and it was perfect for a pre-adventure stopover. The bungalows were spacious and nestled in a peaceful green setting with a refreshing swimming pool. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, even allowing us to store our luggage while we explored Ngorongoro/Serengeti. Special shoutout to the fun and helpful receptionists, Sam and Neema. The hotel grounds were clean and well-maintained, and we enjoyed relaxing in the garden. The food was good and the pool and bar were great amenities. Plus, they even gave us some unique chocolates and tea to take home - a thoughtful touch.
We recommend this hotel.

The food for breakfast could use some improvement.

Friendly and welcoming staff made us feel at home. The cozy and comfortable rooms were a perfect retreat after our Kilimanjaro adventure. The beautifully landscaped gardens and refreshing pool added to the relaxing ambiance. The Tanzanian Dawa at the bar was a delightful treat. I highly recommend this hotel.

I stayed 2 nights at Planet Lodge and loved every minute. The well-appointed cabanas had all the amenities I needed, and the breakfast and dinner were great. But what made this place truly special was the incredibly helpful and friendly staff, from Johnie who picked us up from the airport, to Suzanne at the front office, and Benard in the restaurant who taught us our first words in Swahili. Thank you, everyone!
Can't recommend highly enough this hotel.

The location of the hotel was ideal for a peaceful retreat, away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with large beds and universal charging outlets for easy access to electronics. The bathroom had basic toiletries, and there was a private patio attached to the room. The staff were friendly and accommodating, making us feel welcomed from the moment we arrived. The breakfast offered a variety of options and the food was delicious. Additionally, the lodge had a swimming pool and a store selling souvenirs, adding convenience to our stay.
The wifi connection in the room was intermittent, making it difficult to stay connected.

Friendly staff, taught us Swahili. Great food for the price, arranged airport transfers easily. Feels like being in nature, outside downtown. Lovely gardens, clean rooms, large and comfortable. Highly recommended. Large pool, clean sunbeds. Breakfast and dinner great, sit outside by campfire. Super-friendly staff, excellent value. Accommodates safari-goers well. Thank you!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a lodge in Arusha. The location was absolutely stunning, surrounded by lush greenery and beautiful nature. The room was spacious and immaculate, with a comfortable bed and a luxurious bathroom. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to ensure my stay was enjoyable. The breakfast was delicious and plentiful, providing a great start to the day. Additionally, the lodge had excellent facilities, including a pool and kosher food options, catering to a variety of needs.
There was one aspect of the lodge that could be improved – the lack of opportunity to relax and take in the breathtaking view.

My recent stay at a lodge in Arusha was truly memorable. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with beautiful bathroom renovations. While there was a slight issue with the hot water on cloudy days, the staff was more than happy to turn on electric water heaters upon request. The hotel grounds were peaceful and the pool area was perfect for relaxation. The hospitality and customer service provided by the well-trained staff made my stay even more enjoyable. The breakfast buffet offered a variety of delicious options, while the lunches and dinners could have had a bit more variety. I had a very good experience at this lodge and would recommend it to others.
