List of steps to reproduce (step by step, including full links if applicable):

  • A user moves A to B, leaving a redirect behind with the talk page also moved.
  • A user with the "delete-redirect" right (who may or may not be the same user as the one who did the first move) moves C to A.

What happens?: Talk:C is not moved to Talk:A.

What should have happened instead?: Talk:C is moved to Talk:A using the "delete-redirect" right.
