Everything was really good, unbeatable location close to the main parade, the staff were very friendly. Location: the hotel was so close to the sea front up a side street and the beach and all bars/ restaurants....  

Friendly staff, good food choices, convenient location close to beaches and amenities, reliable Wi-Fi, clean facilities. a pleasant stay.

Food was a little manageable, but all in all top hotel with nice staff.

Breakfast, lunch and dinner was not good.

It features good-sized and beautifully maintained rooms with snacks, balcony plus a clean bathroom.

The location of this hotel is ideal for those looking to be in the heart of the party area. Situated on a steep hill, just off the seafront up a side street, it offers easy access to the bustling bars and clubs....  

The staff was always friendly, and very helpful! The food and drinks surprised us positively, it was better than expected.

The room!!! Very old and musty, the toilet was a disaster, the flush was defective. For the big business, one would have to find a quiet public toilet in the hotel:(

My experience here was mostly positive. The location was awesome, right by all the shops and the beautiful beach 🏖️. The service was excellent, but I did run into a few employees who seemed...  

friendly staff, Marina, the lady who waited on the tables at lunch and evening meals always had a smile on her face and was always helpfull. good location. just an enjoyable break.

the shower head in my room was like a floppy d..., couldnt stand under and shower, had to hold it by hand. Little slow bringing food out at times. No hand dryer in mens toilets outside restaurant.

The triple rooms have seen much better days. But in terms of value for money, it was fine.

I had a wonderful time at a hotel with fantastic facilities. There was a spacious room with a nice balcony, a delicious breakfast with many options, and a helpful and friendly staff. I also enjoyed the indoor and outdoor gyms, the pool, and the bar by the pool.

Loved the place, had a brilliant stay for every night a blast made friends and had lovely time. They upgraded me to a well-maintained and air-conditioned room with a fantastic view.- The location of the property was best possible, down the hill.- Having burgers and crisps in the poolside bar was just lovely.- I did not want to leave, so would recommend this hotel.

You walk about 20-25 minutes to the Bierkönig, along the promenade. . Thus, the location is good. Breakfast, lunch and dinner were ok. Staff very friendly

It was very loud in the mornings and evenings (at night). Basically, the hotel cannot do anything about it, although you could actually take it easy in the middle of the night.

It was very close to the lovely beach. Everything was within walking distance, the bus station etc.

The large amounts of young people, who were drunk by 4 pm and would tale over the pool. The noise all during the night of doors banging, running up and down the corridors. Lack of outside seating space only five small tables.
