The room was good-sized and well-stocked, with green tea, a safe, coffee, slept really well. The location was central, not far from buses and trains, and numerous restaurants and retail shops. I dined not very far from the hotel at Tsumugu.

The location for sightseeing is top, the hotel is quietly situated (rooms on the 10 floor for 3 persons). Third person had to sleep on the pull-out couch, which was not so comfortable. Concierge service is very good.
The breakfast was not very varied, but you could always find something.

The hotel is always recommended for a stay in Kyoto because of its convenient location and quality. We would like to emphasize the extremely helpful staff and the pleasant atmosphere.
The room was a bit cramped and the furniture was not very appealing.

The location was perfect and we could easily get around. The staff very friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable and quiet.
The only thing was no cupboard in the room so we had live out of suitcases for the 4 days. There was a small place to hang some clothes but no drawers or packing space

Very friendly staff. Very clean. Directly next to the station, easily accessible on foot even with luggage.
No gym. No pool. Bathroom very small.

Comfortably large room. good location, but a little bit stupid at night, because you can't pass the train station coming from the center and have to make a detour of 15 minutes
If you're looking for a hotel bar with jet lag that is still open after 10 p.m., you're out of luck
