The staff at this place were friendly and helpful, and we booked a room with wheelchair accessibility and a king size bed, including access to the spa, and everything was ready upon our arrival.

The breakfast served was delicious and gorgeous, everything you could wish for, with specialty coffees and also pastries. The rooms were big and functional with central heating, a private safe and flat-screen TV.

The reception staff was efficient and quick, which was definitely a plus. The executive room was recently renovated and had a great design, along with a spacious bathroom. The hotel's location was fantastic and convenient, within walking distance to a tram station.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel, from start to finish. The cleanliness was impeccable, with the room being spacious, comfortable, and equipped with top-quality sheets and towels. The hotel facilities were excellent, including a tiny but relaxing spa with great cosmetic products. I also loved the breakfast room, which offered a wide variety of delicious options, including local and typical products. The location was perfect, just a 2-block walk to the metro station, making it convenient to explore the city. Additionally, the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, providing excellent service throughout my stay.
