The location was walking distance (0-30 mins) to most places.
The rooms had more beds then they could accommodate. The floors were dusty and there was no soap or toilet paper in the bathroom. The room wasn't cleaned in the 3 days we were there even though people were checking in/out around us. The water in the sink ran brown occasionally. It said the rooms had wifi however we were on the top floor and it did not work, we had to go sit in the foyer. The foyer itself was messy with boxes open and stacked everywhere. We arrived at 2:30 to check in but on arrival (it was not mentioned anywhere before) we learned that they are closed unil 4:30pm-10pm. When they did open it took 1.5hours for us to be checked in, we were only 5th in line and there was another 20 people behind us at this point so they had to wait much longer. There is a lift at the back however it is not apparent from the front and they did not tell us it was there so we pulled our 25kg bags up 5 flights of stairs before we realised at the top. We were charged €35 a night each for a 6 bed dorm when it was not even worth half that.

The two-bunk bed room we stayed in was perfect for us, with a private bathroom and clean sheets and towels provided. the beds were comfortable, and the staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. They even allowed us to leave our bags at the reception while we explored the city. the location was ideal, close to the Guggenheim and within walking distance of the old town. the community area was also nice, with amenities like a kettle and fridge available for use.
A pleasant and convenient stay at Moon Hostel Bio. Cons: Nothing, no complaints at all!

Good value for money, it was not far from city center. Would return.
The room was REALLY hot and we had to sleep with the window open in late December... Also one of the bed sheets had lots of hair in it.

The location of the hotel is ideal for visiting the Guggenheim museum, as it is very close to the river and only a 10-minute walk away. the staff are eager to help out in the best way they can, providing useful information about the area.
The hotel closes between 14h and 16h, which can be inconvenient if you need assistance or have any urgent matters during that time.

The staff, especially the ladies at the reception, were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable, with all the necessary amenities. The private bathroom was a nice touch. The Guggenheim Museum was just a short walk away and it was easy to catch a taxi back. I would highly recommend this hotel.

We had a fantastic stay at Moon Hostel Bio! The location was perfect for us, just a short distance from the BEC where we attended a concert and also within a 20-minute walk to the Guggenheim. The price was incredibly affordable, only 35 euros per night, and we had our own bedroom with a private bathroom. The receptionist was incredibly friendly and provided us with helpful advice to ensure we had a pleasant stay. We couldn't have asked for a better experience in Bilbao!

One small improvement for breakfast would be to provide milk for the guests.
