We had a fabulous time enjoying the room's partial ocean view and the complimentary binoculars to watch otters in the kelp! The spa offered amazing treatments like body scrubs and massages that helped us unwind after a long day. One small hiccup was that the wrong luggage was brought to our room, but it didn't ruin our stay—definitely grab the tickets for the aquarium from the hotel to avoid lines! 🌊

This place was a proper fit for a budget stay in Monterey with good value. The rooftop jacuzzi overlooking the ocean was a highlight. Check the rules about the spa before planning your time there.

The harbor view room offered stunning sights of sea otters and the bay, complemented by a spacious and clean layout. The binoculars provided were a lovely touch. However, navigating the hotel was a bit tricky, and nocturnal disturbances from a neighboring pet added some frustration. Lastly, the toiletries were of disappointing quality, which detracted from the overall luxury feel of the stay.

Amazing ocean views and attentive staff!
I had a fantastic stay for 2 nights with a partial ocean view room that provided stunning views of the sea. Every staff member I encountered was friendly and helpful, contributing to a luxurious experience. The valet service was convenient, and it felt great to have my car ready when I needed it. One downside was the limited gym facilities, which could use some improvement.

Had a blast with my friends! The room was spacious and clean, and we loved the ocean view from the jacuzzi. We played golf at Spyglass Hill, which was beautiful and challenging, and visited Cannery Row for food and fun. The staff was super friendly, and the hotel was conveniently located.
The front desk receptionist was a bit rude, which was disappointing. I had booked an ocean view room but got a partial view instead. It wasn't what I expected.

Beautiful views and comfy beds
We had a blast! The otters outside were adorable and the big comfy beds made our stay amazing. Room service was surprisingly delicious, especially breakfast in that sunny spot! Just a bummer that the area is kinda rundown outside the hotel. Overall, can't complain about our stay at all.

great views and easy access to attractions and parks
I spent 2 nights in a comfortable king room with a partial sea view, and loved that I was just a few steps from the Cannery Row monument and the beautiful Monterey Bay, making my city strolls enjoyable; the restaurant staff were also fantastic and attentive throughout my stay. as a solo traveler, I appreciated the hotel's cozy vibe, perfect for winding down after exploring all the nearby parks and landmarks. but the view wasn’t all that great for the price I paid.
