The location of the hotel is amazing; it is very close to taxis, restaurants, experiences, and more. the staff is very knowledgeable about Positano and the surrounding areas, helping us navigate the shops, restaurants, and pathways to the beach. Just a short distance away is Il Tridente, a great place for dinner.

Gorgeous view from our room, overlooking the mesmerizing azure Mediterranean. The staff was warm, welcoming, and always ready to assist with any need. The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. The hotel's rooftop breakfast with stunning views was a highlight of our stay. I highly recommend this hotel.

The staff at Hotel Montemare were very kind and helpful throughout our stay. The views from the hotel were absolutely breathtaking. Our room was spacious and comfortable. It was conveniently located just a 5-minute walk from the center of Positano. We had a delicious lunch at Chez Black, which was conveniently located just a few feet from the hotel. One of the highlights of our stay was having our own private terrace to relax on.

Fairly clean and gorgeous hotel with marvellous and beautiful location down the road which eventually turns into Via Cristoforo Colombo which is a main promenade, just what I needed. The breakfasts were tasty and marvellous with gorgeous views, orange juice and also fresh pastries, couldn’t ask for anything better.
Wi-Fi was pretty slow; limited breakfast, made me a little nervous.

The location of the hotel was perfect, allowing us to be close to everything. It was situated right on the edge of the view, providing stunning vistas of the ocean. Going down to the beach was a breeze, thanks to the easy access from the hotel. The rooms were spacious and clean, and the staff provided excellent service. The breakfasts were abundant in freshness and choices, and the bar offered a great selection of drinks. the hotel facilities and room advantages impressed us.
The wifi connection was unreliable and did not work well throughout our stay.
