The hotel's location is central, next to the main train station. It's very close to the town center, river, and lake, and just a short walk to the beautiful Lucerne old town. the room I stayed in was brand-new and extremely pleasant, with a comfortable bed and outside vents for air.

Well located.
Noise during the night. Disco or something in the vicinity playing loud and horrible music at night.

excellent location, just next to train station, convinient, twin room is great, spacious, but the single room is tiny .
an ancient building so as the interior design and facilities, but clean.

Top position directly opposite train station. Helpful staff
Single room very small. Today good hotels should have a 'bigger than narrow single bed, even for single guests rather than children. External appearance of hotel very poor and 'downmarket' - main entrance between McDonalds and Starbucks who share the 'lobby area' with the hotel.

The queen room with a comfortable bed was great. The location was excellent for walking around a covered wooden footbridge. The staff were dedicated and the best. We could use the wake-up service and ironing for free.

Location; Friendliness of staff; Cleanliness
Limited follow-through when we reported a bad odor in the bathroom. After repeated calls and a visit to the front desk, we were finally moved to a different room
