The hotel is clean and functional, offers great location in the center of the city. The employees are really friendly and accommodating. The rooms are exceptionally clean and airy with double bed and our experience is very pleasant😀

I recently stayed at the Mercure hotel in Lyon for a week and it was a wonderful experience. The location of the hotel is perfect, with the train station and shopping center just a short walk away. There are also plenty of local shops and the beautiful Tete d'Or Park is just minutes away. The staff at the hotel were incredibly helpful and courteous, and the rooms were comfortable and well-designed. I was pleasantly surprised by the double glazing in my room, which ensured peaceful nights. The breakfast was delicious and substantial, with a good mix of cooked and continental items. The Wi-Fi was also fast and reliable, which was a great bonus.
