This hotel is a hidden gem in the heart of the city. The location is perfect, right next to a metro station and within walking distance of all the main attractions. The rooms are comfortable and well-appointed, with comfy beds that ensure a good night's sleep. The attention to detail is impressive, from the modern decor to the basic amenities provided. The staff goes above and beyond to provide excellent service, making you feel welcome throughout your stay.

Our room was ыекшледн non smoking (it was written at door) .But the smell in the room was terrible.It was like some one smoke there during week.

Extremely convenient place, fairly friendly staff at the reception desk. Good-sized and perfect room with a terrace and a safe. Plenty of options for above average and great breakfast. Good location in the shopping area, with a tube station nearby the hotel.

The experience was enjoyable with free wifi and no complaints, we plan to stay here next time.

The staff here is excellent, the services are very good, and the location is magnificent as it is close to the station and a 40-minute walk from BVB stadium, offering a nice size hotel unit with a spacious single bed.

The bed was incredibly comfortable and made for a romantic getaway. the location was perfect, just a short walk to the train station and city center. the breakfast options were delicious and plentiful, offering a great start to the day.

We were unable to find any easily accessible sockets near the bed to charge our phones. we would have appreciated a quieter room as the noise level from the street was noticeable even with the windows closed.
