Within walking distance of the restaurant havana steak house. Close to the airport, 25 min drive.

Excellent price/quality ratio. Big rooms, decent breakfast (we did not have full board). Nice pools. Clean and spacious rooms. Excellent beds. Do not expect luxury furniture but a decent one. The resort is also nice and clean. Overall highly recommended.

The parking place was full so we could not do anything but park outside of the hotel. Good point though for the parking enforcement - they did not lift our car, probably because it was clear that we did not have place in the hotel lot. Don't know if that was intentional or just laziness from their side :)

We had a fantastic time at this hotel, especially in the "Club Lounge" and the "Exclusive Pool area". The Club Lounge felt like a classy hideaway, with comfortable seating, delicious snacks, and a selection of drinks that satisfied both parents and kids alike. It was a cozy spot where we could relax, play games, and enjoy some quality family time.

My wife says that it would have been even better if there were more evening entertainment options specifically designed for families. While the hotel did have some shows and music events, my children wished there were more activities organized just for them.

The hotel was a reasonable base for enjoying a very nice area, right by an embankment with different shops, restaurants, clubs and entertainment and activities as volleyball, water polo.

Excellent food served, extensive breakfast. The room was modernly furnished with big balcony, shower, as for instance, first-rate service. Location really close to general Bulgarian coast, local shops in golden sands, and all the attractions.

The room has clean carpets and the staff at the reception desk are extremely friendly, the location is wonderful and beautiful with a lovely restaurant close by, and there is a nice pool with parking available outside.

The indoor swimming pool is excellent, whather is good and tehe hotel staff is best.

The cars parking is very small.

The questions are very general and when putting "poor" for services/facilities it has to be added that the reception was good but not to have enough toilet paper and to find at breakfast a dirty table & knives are not expected in a so-called 5* Hotel.

The location was not the greatest (in terms of European standards) and as mentioned above, you expect impeccable services of the standard of a 5* Hotel such as we always find at the Hilton, Marriott, Sheraton or Sofitel. It is not the case at the Grand Hermitage.

The hotel was adjacent to party street and the discos. the room was lovely sized and well soundproofed. - the views over the park from the window were stunning. - the service was friendly, with a fast check-in process.

I liked the SPA area and the pool, the rooms are big enough.

Very expensive minibar,they don't have wifi in rooms. Also the breakfast was poor for a 5 stars hotel.

I enjoyed to stay at this hotel. Excellent location and good sea view at upper floors, spacious rooms,nice staff and good english, good food, guarded underground parking. Out door pools and indoor pool, sauna.

The hotel staff was very nice and helpful, but they did not really know if I ask details. For example: - the at SPA reception, when I asked what means Turkish bath (was the first time for me) they do not know how to explain. Of course after that I search on the internet, but is not normally to have to offer a product and do not know how you explain nothing about this product. - at the restaurant they had all kinds of sauces, but had no label to indicate what kind of sauces are, or if you ask the staff, they answer with a shoulders shrug. The only way was to taste all (bleah).

It was a really nice experience at the Melia Grand Hermitage. the hotel is perfect and sophisticated with a magnificent location near the International casino. - the room was carpeted with twin beds and the staff was dedicated. - Private parking outside was provided. - the pool area was very clean.
