Absolutely everything. Excellent location and very good breakfast. The Level category, is unbeatable; drinks and meals, from 6 AM to 10 PM, without additional cost. The best of all is the staff. Most of them speak Spanish, a detail that in a city like Berlin is very appreciated. What I value most is the human quality and professionalism of your staff. I don't usually make proper names in my comments but this time it deserves to be done, in recognition of your work. Thank you Almudena, María and María Fernanda for always solving all our problems with a smile and absolute professionalism . Thank you Luis for being the joy of every morning, in the dining room, and always attending us cordially. A professional in his field like few others. Thank you Sofie for your attention and for your expertise in running the Level, which was our home in Berlin. Finally, the Level category, I would call it the Level experience, at the Meliá Berlin, is absolutely recommendable.

best of course the location, you can walk to see the most important things in the city, taxi service, if you need it is fast and economical, well coordinated. It has a very useful Spa for the end of the day, buffet is good but not very varied, so if you stay many days it becomes monotonous, although it has a cook who can make you any kind of omelette. staff is charming, especially the Spanish one. pillow service is exceptional.
The first thing was not very client-oriented, in the sense that I made a mistake when I made the reservation, by mistake I put without cancellation and then I had an unforeseen event and they refused any change, demonstrating that they do not care, that once booked there are no considerations, so watch out for mistakes. Wiffi is paid, which also does not make sense in a hotel that is not exactly cheap. As for TV you can find channels from half the world, especially Arabs, but Spanish news channels that repeat every 30 minutes and international canned programs, we are a disaster.

The room was quiet and equipped with very comfy bed and windows overlooking the rive plus a nice view. Tried reasonably priced eggs and bangers. It was centrally located, where a revue theater is easily reachable.

The staff was very helpful and the location was perfect for public transportation connections. Our room was clean and well appointed
I would have like a choice in restaurants since both were Spanish.
