The location of the hotel was perfect and quiet, within walking distance to a seaside park. It was also close to the main shopping center. the room we stayed in was neat, and we greatly enjoyed the four-poster bed. we found the provided breakfast to be satisfactory.

Small but clean and comfortable room, close to railway station, beach and local shops.

Room was not en suite - bathroom was a walk down the corridor, not stated on website. I accepted this as was only staying one night. Cooked breakfast was poor.

quiet fine rooms, good bathroom, free breakfast. absolutely perfect and peaceful location, opposite a park with plenty of free parking.

The room was spacious and the bed was exceptionally comfortable. the English breakfast options were excellent. - the hotel has a great location, away from the sea front but with easy access to the main shopping areas.

Attentive staff and basic functional facilities. Everything was clean.

Stepping into the hall was like entering the 1970's. The theme of decor (and oddments) continued throughout the hotel and into the bedroom and bathroom. Some might enjoy the trip down memory lane but my young family were not too impressed. The flat screen tv in the corner looked really out of place!

The staff here were extremely friendly and helpful.

Nice room, wi-fi and breakfast

The room was a good size. The cooked breakfast and choice of food was good. Location central. The hotel was easy to find.

The decor was rather dated. The staff were friendly but it was hard to contact someone when we arrived as there was no answer on the intercom and I didnt know we had to go to a different hotel to check in. Parking was difficult.

I was disappointed, my experiences at other hotels led me to believe that this would be enjoyable which it wasn'T. The room was tiny and crowded. Check-in was up the road, the breakfast room was also tiny and crowded, the bathroom was poor. This is what I thought of the hotel, I'm not sure what you mean by complaints?

This place perfectly served its purpose, I will definitely choose it for my next trip as I thoroughly enjoyed the property.

Loved the double room with a separate shower and how it was arranged, the breakfast had a great variety and the food was delicious, all staff including the owner were friendly.

The staff is great and helpful with everything.

Some of the main tv channels weren't programmed and the shower was a bit wierd, owner told and was going to have it looked at.

I had a fantastic weekend stay at this centrally located venue, right across from a beautiful park with ample free parking.

Location, near Train and bus station with the beach only a 5 minute walk. Very clean and very friendly staff .Thank you
