This hotel was a pleasant surprise! The location was perfect, just a short walk away from the beautiful beach and close to everything we needed. The room was cozy and clean, with a cute terrace where we could relax in the evenings. We were also delighted to find a full kitchen in our room, which was a nice touch. The shower in the bathroom was excellent, with great water pressure. And to top it all off, the breakfast included in the price was a wonderful bonus.
No major complaints - everything was just fine.

The hotel is located in a great area close to a large grocery store that provides all the essentials. It is also very close to the beautiful beach, making it very accessible to go swimming or enjoy the sunshine. the rooms are clean and comfortable, and the cleaning service provides excellent service.
Soundproofing in the rooms is poor, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep.

This hotel is a hidden gem located in the heart of the city of Puerto Vallarta. You can't beat the value for money, especially considering the reasonable prices and the excellent attention to detail. The location couldn't be better - close to the beach and within walking distance of the best areas such as Old Town. The staff is friendly and attentive, making you feel welcome from the moment you step into the lobby. The rooms are cozy and comfortable, with a comfortable bed and some even come with a cute terrace or balcony. Breakfast is included, adding to the overall value.
No aspect of this hotel could be improved, everything was great.

The hotel offered a decent breakfast buffet, and the cleaning staff was friendly and efficient. It was located in a great spot, close to plenty of shops and restaurants, and only a short walk from the beach. The elevator was useful when carrying luggage or after a long day of exploring.
I found the overall experience to be underwhelming. The room was small and cramped, and the decor was outdated. The shower was poorly designed, and the water would flood the floor every time. On new year's eve, the noise from the street made it difficult to sleep. The lack of soundproofing made it feel like we were sleeping outside. I expected a lot more from the hotel, and unfortunately, it did not meet my expectations.

We had a wonderful romantic escape at this hotel. The bed was incredibly comfortable, making it perfect for cuddling and enjoying quality time together. The location was ideal, just a short stroll away from the beach and the popular malecón. We loved being able to explore the local area and take romantic walks by the ocean. Additionally, the breakfast buffet was a great way to start our days, with a good variety of delicious options to choose from.
There were a couple of negatives during our stay. the elevator was not working, which was quite inconvenient, especially when we wanted to return to our room after a long day of exploring.

It's perfect for exploring the city and enjoying the beautiful views. The rooms are very clean and well-maintained, with basic amenities like A/C, a safe box, wifi signal, and a ceiling fan. I loved the nice little balcony in my room, where I could relax and enjoy the view. The hotel also has a cute terrace, which was a nice bonus. The service from the staff was excellent, they were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The breakfast available onsite was so-so, but it was better than some other hotels my friends stayed in for less money. this hotel offers great value for money and I would definitely stay here again.
All was fine.
