This hotel was a great find! The value for money was excellent, with reasonable prices for the room and a delicious breakfast included in the rate. The location, not far from the train station, made it easy for us to explore the main areas we wanted to see. The staff were friendly and provided basic amenities, including rooms with baths, which was a nice touch.
All was satisfactory, a great choice for a comfortable stay.

Their breakfast was the only highlight of the hotel. They had an array of pastries and fruit to choose from, served in a quaint little room with a few tables to sit at before you head off for the day.
The hotel is located on the thrid floor, after 85 stairs and no elevator. The staff speaks very little English so they were not able to help us find what we were looking for plus they had no idea what "baggae storage" meant and they don't offer a room safe. In addition, our room, along with the rest of the hotel, smells like cigarette smoke even though we had a non-smoking room. And the balcony overloooks torn down buildings.

Nice staff, actually they're family, helpful and friendly. good breakfast buffet, better than other similar hotels.
kinda noisy at nights when we stayed. no lift so I have to carry my big suitcases to the 3rd floor.

One of the best things about this hotel is its location. It is close to the train station, which makes it very convenient for travelers. Additionally, it is pretty close to the city center and even really close to the cathedral. You can easily explore all the main attractions without having to travel too far. The staff at the hotel is also very friendly and helpful. They provide basic amenities and the rooms come with a bath, which is always a plus. Another great thing is that the breakfast is included in the rate, so you can start your day with a nice meal without any extra cost.
All in all, everything was okay.

The hotel was in a perfect location, just a short walk from the main attractions and surrounded by great restaurants and bars. the free breakfast was tasty, with a great variety of options.
The lack of elevator made it difficult to carry our luggage up the stairs. the room was a bit outdated and could benefit from some renovations, particularly the bathroom.
