The location was comfortable and handy for walking around Tanjong Pagar. I got a tastefully decorated room with the bathroom as well as comfy bed. All the services were very efficient. Actually everything was very good, my next choice again in Singapore.

Conveniently close to Tanjung Pagar train station, I really liked how easy it was to get around. I think other travelers would also have a great time staying here. 🚆

We stayed at M Hotel for 2 nights before our cruise and will return for 5 more nights after. The big rooms are excellent and the staff is very friendly, offering luggage storage during our cruise. Upgrading to the M-Club rooms was well worth it, with access to breakfast, all-day refreshments, evening meals, and a free bar. The dedicated check-in and check-out is convenient, and the hotel is very close to the cruise terminal. The Korean staff, especially Ms. Sora, provided high-quality service. The complimentary upgrade to the Club Room and the surprise birthday cake were greatly appreciated. The pool and jacuzzi were good, and the unique higher floor Club Room had a beautiful design.
