The location here is super convenient, with awesome restaurants and shopping nearby 🛍️. The vibe of this place is really welcoming and relaxed. The food they serve is pretty good and tasty.

Poor customer service. Not willing to make special accommodations for a handicap child and elderly woman.

Breakfast, room and hotel pool good. On a big street, but tight windows, so no problem. Gas station, Mc Donalds's etc. on the same street.

The setting is perfect and incredible, just next door to restaurants, shopping, and a business area. I loved the attentive and very helpful personnel that ensure guests have an enjoyable stay.

I was telling the lady at the front desk that someone was smoking outside cause it was coming in my room and she gave me a attitude of not caring one bit and then I thought I left something behind and called to see if anything was found in the room and never received a call back like the lady said she was going to. Did not like the attitudes of the front desk people.

The hotel is set in a good and unbeatable location close to the tri-cities and stores and restaraunts. The property provides a great service. Superbly friendly people that welcomes you in.

Staff was wonderful which is why they get a good score. but I watched a housekeeper clean the room and she just put same stuff that was on the beds back on.gross

Pool was freezing and beds were not being cleaned correctly.

Perfect Location for our purpose. Everything was very easy to get to either by short drive or walking. Room was very clean and comfy.

No luggage carts to take our bags, equipment, etc. to the 5th floor.

The hotel is centrally located near the business area and conference center in Richland, Washington. The room I stayed in had great amenities including AC, a bathroom, and a balcony.

I liked how it was close to the Columbia river.

Was dirty, manager wasn't pleasant and breakfast wasn't appealing. I went for the pool and slide and the slide wasn't open only for two days during the week. We went for the slide.

The stuff was very friendly and helpful. The location is pretty nice and convenient. We want to support local business, so we made a right choice for our little weekend event in the town.

The swimming pool was filled with non hotel guests, I guess most of them just snack in for the pool. I could see that was pretty hip place in 80s, but the facility needs to be updated...

Great location in Richland, WA. Large indoor pool area. Close to many food options. Clean rooms, lots of amenities. Quality continental breakfast. Limited exercise room but the treadmill worked well. a large place with potential.

My Wife was very unhappy about the cleanliness

This hotel offers great value for money with its reasonable prices and included breakfast. The location, right across from the airport, is very convenient for travelers. The staff is attentive and the rooms are in good condition, with working AC and comfortable beds.

Minor issues were noted, but overall everything was fine.
