Offering a wonderful variety of delicious breakfast options, clean rooms with fresh towels, a balcony, and pleasant views.

Great service, although a few employees were very rude. The hotel had a particularly good and fantastic position, on the local buses. What's more, it was next to Lagos, about 5 miles, the beach on the edge of town, and the many restaurants and cafés...

The large and functional room with its exceptionally comfortable beds. Great and pleasant location on the local buses, and large bedrooms: )

Lovely hotel with self-serve hot and cold food for dinner and a diverse and good quality breakfast. Close to the beach, with nice staff and good English spoken. Tennis facilities are excellent with coaching available.
Felt so much at home, nothing was too much trouble.

This is the third time we have used this hotel and find it offers us most of the requirements for the type of holiday we enjoy. The location is ideal and the facilities the resort of Praia da Luz offers are close by.The hotel rooms are comfortable and the dining facility is excellent particularly the breakfast. The staff are always courteous and helpful which is a winning factor in making a holiday one to remember and repeat.
Not enough umbrellas by the pools and the sun beds could benefit from some attention.

Location: the hotel was just next door to the beach which is surrounded by an ex-pat community, bars and supermarket. My room was large and airy with pleasant view and twin beds & seating area as described.

Its location
Having stayed at the hotel many years ago I found that the standards had dropped, they seem to have lost direction and do not rank their 4 star rating. The rooms were fine however the bar resturant facilities were lacking, we only dined there on our first night on and found that the food was very poor and the wine worse. It is sad to see this hotel has in my opinion become a second rate facility having experienced it when it was worthy of its 4 stars

Tasty breakfast with a variety of meats and yummy jams. Eating out was also great. 👌 Definitely got good value for the money spent. Had an amazing time staying here in February.

Our 3rd visit and we remain generally satisfied. Reasonable value for money and the close proximity to the beach is also a very big plus.
As last year and in May this year we pointed out the lack of umrellas arond the pool areas. Also the condition of the sun beds is not good and let the rest of the hotel down badly
