The staff were all understanding and kind.

The rooms here are very spacious, with convenient amenities like a mini fridge bar, climate control, and a personal safe, the service is outstanding.

The service staff was excellent! The rooms were very nice and clean. The decor of the hotel is fabulous. A beautiful mall within walking distance.

This hotel is a pain for non-French speaking people. No written hotel information nor menus in English. No television stations in English except CNN.

Friendly staff who welcomed us warmly 😊. the breakfast was amazing with a variety of options like pastries, pancakes, and fresh fruit.

The location of this place was secluded, and the restaurant had excellent food served by attentive staff.

The service here is excellent and there's free parking available, meeting all of my needs, making me willing to come back.

A lot of insects in Resturants and ants in the room. They have to work in improving those area

The staff here are incredibly helpful and attentive, making the stay even more enjoyable, and the location is great, not too far from a modern mall - really liked the area.

The location of this resort was great and stunning, just a 25-minute walk from Agdal Gardens. the area around the resort was nice and not far from the main restaurants, attractions in Marrakesh, and a nearby shopping mall....  

very very good and solid breakfast selection, pastries, pancakes, and fruit. lovely beds, wi-fi and free, fast wi-fi in the room. welcoming personnel especially rachid with the service around the pool and...

Room was quite shabby (toilet roll holder fell off the wall as soon as it was touched) and staff at reception not very helpful. Our key card was replaced three times as it refused to operate the door lock, even after it had been changed the third time (involving three lengthy trips to reception each time). No apology or explanation given. Huge big deal to get a pool towel, involving a trip to reception to sign a receipt for 100dh (€10) which needed to be presented to the pool attendant to get a towel. On return of the towel, the receipt was given back, then another trip to reception to retrieve the deposit! What a trusting lot the management are at this hotel! Dinner consisted of an over-priced, oily buffet. This impersonal hotel is located in a half-built, anonymous suburb which, during the boom years, was designated as the new touristic sector for Marrakech.

This place is conveniently located near the city center, the airport, and the train station; the room I stayed in was very spacious and had useful amenities like a mini fridge and a personal safe.
