I liked its magnificent location, close to public transport, main attractions, and nearby restaurants. - the breakfast was tasty and had lots of options. - the staff was highly courteous and attentive, offering excellent services.

The Lancaster Hotel is in a particularly good area with good transport links, close to Sforza Castle, the Duomo, and the MiCo congress venue. There are plenty of nearby restaurants and the major inner-city park is in walking distance. Overall, a really nice stay on holidays.

We had a great stay in Milan! The hotel was in a perfect location, near Sempione Park and close to all the action. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were really friendly and helpful. The breakfast had a wide variety of options and the coffee was delicious. We also loved the modern bathroom facilities and the nice lounge/bar area. it was a fantastic experience.

The only downside was that the lift was a bit small, but it didn't affect our overall stay.

The bathroom is spacious. Staff is friendly. Breakfast is good. Service is excellent. The owner drove me to my destination when taxis were unavailable due to a strike. Highly appreciated. Will book again if visiting Milano.
