The staff were very helpful and courteous. the hotel is conveniently located, close to everything. - It's really close to lovely downtown Orillia.

Our room was great, it had a modern style with a sofa bed, central heating, and a TV, and the location was convenient for exploring different places.

Exceptionally clean venue with decent location to central downtown area. The staff - efficient and amicable. Compact rooms for hotel guests. Great beds and clean facilities.

Wi-Fi was a bit slow.

Rooms were very nice. Staff were helpful with any questions. Quiet. Liked fridge in the room. Was within walking distance of anything we wanted if we did not want to drive. Liked the fact that we could get a shuddle over to Rama.

The continental breakfast was not as expected. Not really a complaint but would have like some kind of guide for television as to channels etc.

The location is convenient, being close to Orillia and an industrial area, with very friendly and smiling staff.

We were in room 102 , had only one night table, no alarm clock(so we had to turn on the light to see what the time is), the microwave did not work, the hair drier did not work.

Coffee maker/tea kettle should have been in room, I called ahead to ensure there was a free shuttle to Casino Rama and told there was for that specific night. Without it, taxi was almost $40 each way. I would not have chosen such a far hotel if I knew I would have been paying that much more to get to a concert.

The queen room was perfect for us with a sofa bed, central heating, and television, and the friendly staff enhanced our stay.

Excellent pricing, cleanliness

2 Things: 1.I did not like the fact that I was asked for my drivers license. There is no need for you to have a photo ID. 2. Your breakfast room is too small. Only 2 tables with e chairs each?? Especially given the fact that 2 persons sitting at a table had already eaten and were just chatting.

I really liked how close it was to Rama and the price. The room and bedding were very clean and comfortable and the shower was brand new. I checked in late at night and the hotel staff person was still very pleasant and helpful. I would definitely stay again.

I had no complaints given the purpose of my visit. If I had to be picky I would have like to order off a menu for breakfast.

The room here was modern, spotless, and the staff was super friendly, and the location by the Marina was excellent, plus it's just a 10-minute drive from Lake Simcoe.

the said breaskfast should sais"continental breaskfast" is ni elevator i see an old lady she has to be help by two people and the carpet need wash and even is no smoking the small cigarrete and the second floor terrible,the workers they woro smoking and a balcony there realy dessapointe

Only a short drive to everything in Orillia.

The entire building should be made smoke free.
