We loved the cozy, luxurious surroundings at the hotel, especially the rooftop bar! The kids had a blast visiting Bryant Park's ice skating rink just around the corner, and the location made exploring the city super easy. The staff made everything feel special, just like Carlos at St Cloud's.

My kids wished for more kid-friendly dining options.

The spare ribs at Charlie Palmer at The Knick had me drooling—they were so tender and flavorful, I could’ve devoured a dozen! The rooftop bar is seriously a scene; perfect for chillin’ with a cocktail and a breathtaking view. And the complimentary cookies and milk upon arrival? Sweetest welcome ever!

We hit a snag with room access; getting a key was like pulling teeth. Sometimes we waited up to 15 minutes, which was a major drag. Plus, the sofa had some stains, making it feel a bit neglected. But hey, it didn't totally dim our New York adventure!

Amazing staff makes it feel like home

The people here really make the stay special! Everyone's so friendly, especially the front desk crew. I got a smile every time. I loved the in-room breakfast—feels great to enjoy a nice meal without leaving the room! Only thing was the air conditioning wasn't super reliable at times.

The rooftop bar and the cozy breakfast nook were fantastic spots to unwind too.
