We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was top-notch, with well-maintained rooms and common areas. The hotel facilities were impressive, providing us with all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. The staff, especially the friendly bell service Mr Ma, were polite, attentive, and always ready to help. The hotel's location was also a major plus point, with plenty of shops, restaurants, and tourist attractions in close proximity. Additionally, the hotel was conveniently located near Line 3 metro, making transportation around this city a breeze.

The staff were extremely polite and attentive, making us feel well taken care of. The bell service, Mr Ma, along with the housekeeping and front desk staff, were all very helpful and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort.

I had a great stay at Kingtown Hongkou. The room was clean and comfortable, with a nice view of the skyline. The hotel is located in a pleasant district with many cafes and supermarkets nearby. Despite some language barriers, the staff was friendly and tried their best to assist me. The hotel is also conveniently located close to the main tourist attractions. Despite a few minor issues with the Wi-Fi and slow elevators, my overall experience was positive. I would recommend this hotel for its good location, comfortable rooms, and cleanliness. I had a pleasant and enjoyable stay at Kingtown Hongkou.
